挑赞网聚集了全球顶尖设计师，以比赛的形式一展才华，并且有机会获得现金收入等奖励，挑赞网的设计师奖励分为二类：
一、冠军奖励
每周挑赞网都会产生一名冠军设计师，挑赞网将提供奖励：
1.冠军将获得由挑赞网及第三方提供的丰厚奖金；
2.挑赞网将冠军作品制作成为商品，设计师可获得该商品销售额10%的佣金以及积分奖励；
3.挑赞网的定制图库将收录冠军作品，如果定制商品中使用了该作品，设计师可获得定制商品销售额10%的佣金。
二、被选为商品
除了冠军作品以外，每周挑赞网还将选出部分优秀作品，挑赞网同样会提供奖励：
1.挑赞网将这些优秀作品制作成为商品，设计师可获得该商品销售额10%的佣金以及积分奖励；
2.挑赞网的定制图库将收录这些优秀作品，如果定制商品中使用了该作品，设计师可获得定制商品销售额10%的佣金。

TEEZAN gathers the world’s top designers to show talents in the form of competition. They have access to cash income and other awards. Designers of TEEZAN are divided into two categories:
One Award for Champion
Each week, a champion designer will be selected by TEEZAN and get awards:
1.The champion will receive a generous bonus from TEEZAN and a third party.
2.TEEZAN produces works w of the champion into commodities and designers can get commissions ( 10% of the sales) and credits reward.
3.The customized gallery will record champion’s works, and if the item is used in a customized item, the designer can earn a commission of 10% of the sales amount of the customized goods.
Two Selected as A Commodity
In addition to the championship works, the weekly selection will also select some outstanding works and TEEZAN will also provide awards:
1.TEEZAN makes these excellent works into commodities, then designers can get commissions (10% of the sales) and credits reward.
2. The customized gallery will record outstanding works, and if the work is used in a customized item, the designer can earn a commission of 10% of the sales amount of the customized goods.
