对于在挑赞网商城板块购买的商品，在不影响二次销售的情况下，10天内（以顾客签收日期为准）可予以办理退货。 点击我的订单，找到需要办理退货的订单，在满足退货条件时，订单下方会出现退货按钮，点击后提交退货申请，选择退货理由，等待挑赞网审核，在审核通过后即可办理成功。

For the goods bought in the shopping mall of TEEZAN, they may be returned within 10 days (receipt date of the customer) without affecting the secondary sales. Click on My Order to find the order that needs return. When meeting the return conditions, the return button will appear under the order. Click and submit return application, select the reasons for return and wait for audit. After passing the audit, the return application is successful.

因个人原因造成商品损坏（如自行修改尺寸、洗涤）的，不予退换；挑赞定制板块和挑赞众筹板块的所有商品均属定制产品，非质量问题不可办理退换货，请在购买前悉知。质量问题：这里的质量问题是指印刷错误、产品破损有孔洞、尺码错误，不包含定制误差与不可避免的色差，生产过程中残留的线头、小污渍也不属于质量问题。

No returning for damage caused by personal reasons (such as self-modified size and washing); all customized products in TEEZAN Customization and Crowd funding can’t apply for returns except for quality problems. Please know this before buying. Quality problems refer to printing errors, product damage with holes and size error. Customized errors, inevitable chromatic aberration, residual thread and small stains in the production process are not quality problems.

买家在收到货品后因不满意货品希望退货的时侯
1.因商品质量问题产生的退换货，往返邮费由挑赞网承担，此处质量问题的界定为商品破损或残缺；
2.商品质量问题的退换货，如：颜色不喜欢，尺码不合适等原因，由买家承担寄回运费即可，挑赞网承担初次邮寄的运费。

Buyers are not satisfied with the goods and want to return:
1.1.If return is caused by quality problems, TEEZAN will pay round-return postage. Here, the quality problems are defined as damage or fragment.
2.2.If return is not caused by quality problems, such as you don’t like the color or unsuitable size, buyers just need to pay return freight and TEEZAN pays for initial postage.

洗涤后的T恤无法二次销售，所以无法进行退换货了，请在购买时考虑到洗涤可能引起的T恤缩水哦。

Washed T-shirts can’t be sold again, so they can’t be returned. Please consider the shrink that may be caused by washing when buying.
